CANCELLATION POLICY

I understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In the case of unexpected illness or emergencies, I generally do not charge cancellation fees.  However, if late cancellations become a trend for you, I will charge the full rate for your last scheduled session and will expect payment for such before continuing our work together.  To avoid the potential for cancellation charges, 12-hour advance notice is required for cancelling an appointment.  Basically, you need to let me know the day before if you can't make it to your session.  

NO-SHOWS
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” You will be charged for the “missed” appointment and future sessions will not be scheduled until that charge has been paid.

LATE ARRIVALS
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, I will determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the fee of a full session. Out of respect and consideration for you therapist and other clients, please plan accordingly and be on time.
